Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Screening Specialist in Conley, GA. You will patrol logistics and distribution locations, provide excellent customer service, and enforce site policies to deter incidents.

The role requires attention to detail and consistent, professional communication with clients and team members. Responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, monitoring access points, and documenting incidents.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks and drug screening will be conducted as required by law.

As a Security Officer Patrol Screening Specialist in Conley, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a secure environment through teamwork, professionalism, and integrity while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture.

Pay Rate: $16.33 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, delivery-related disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of personnel, visitors, drivers, and vehicles in accordance with site requirements.
• Document incidents, unusual activities, and patrol observations, and promptly report concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
