Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate matters per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access, and maintain proper documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site contacts, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or property concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access as directed by site policies, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site contacts, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, observations, and changing site conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
