Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer to safeguard clients across industries including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

You will provide customer service, perform safety and security procedures, respond to incidents, and conduct regular patrols around client sites; shifts include Afternoon, Evening, Morning, Overnight.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with laws; qualified applicants with criminal histories may be considered.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver''s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and site policies; participate in emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; environments may vary by client site.
