The role involves responding to incidents, conducting patrols, and maintaining calm leadership during emergencies. Minimum requirements include age, education or experience, background check, drug screen, and possible licenses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Background check conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and policies; assist in emergency response when needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; vary by client site.
