Qualifications

• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and report/escalate as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entry points, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, law enforcement, emergency responders, and leadership regarding observations and incidents.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. • Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entry points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, law enforcement, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related observations and incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
