Responsibilities

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry as directed, and maintain accurate logs and reports of patrols, incidents, and visitor activity.
• Communicate clearly with site personnel, visitors, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
