Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Incident Response in Shepherdsville, KY. You will safeguard clients across tech/media/telecom environments, conduct patrols, maintain a visible presence, and respond to security concerns while delivering exceptional customer service.

Position is full time with a daytime to evening schedule and a pay rate of 17.68 USD per hour. Applicants will undergo background checks and drug screening as required by law, with licensing as applicable.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, professional manner; escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unusual conditions to designated personnel.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Incident Response in Shepherdsville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
