Allied Universal, based in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Incident Management for a full-time, on-site role. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.

Qualifications

• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and report to appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in retail areas, common spaces, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicions or maintenance concerns per procedures.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs and relay information to site contacts and leadership.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM
• Thur: 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM
• Sat: 06:30 AM - 06:30 PM
• Sun: 06:30 AM - 06:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and retail patrons by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, common spaces, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs while communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
