Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Incident Assessment in Corona, CA. You will serve and safeguard clients, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents with professional reporting and clear communication.

As an unarmed patrol officer at a government court services site, you will deter unauthorized activity, assist visitors and staff, and uphold safety standards while reflecting Allied Universal’s values of integrity, teamwork, and service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, court personnel, and the public while following site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of court facilities, public areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity, reporting suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner following escalation and reporting protocols.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports and communicate with site contacts, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed.

As a Security Officer Patrol Incident Assessment in Corona, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government court services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist visitors, staff, and court personnel with professionalism. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, court personnel, and members of the public while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of court facilities, public areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports and maintain professional communication with site contacts, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
