As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with professionalism and care. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and innovation.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related responsibilities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential grounds, common areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access to the residential community, verify visitor and vendor authorization in accordance with site policies, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Communicate professionally with residents, property staff, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed, escalating security-related concerns through appropriate channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
