Job summary

Allied Universal in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver to safeguard clients across a range of industries and provide exceptional customer service. This unarmed driving role requires a valid driver's license and adherence to our driver policy.

The schedule features full-time days with a consistent 07:00–15:00 shift. You will deter incidents through a visible presence, respond to alarms calmly, and document daily activities in line with site requirements and company

Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Saint Paul, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will conduct routine patrols across an innovative corporate location, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment through teamwork, reliability, agility, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $23.18 / Hour

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.


• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.


• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
  

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.


• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• CPR certification is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
