Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Maple Grove, MN to oversee security for a healthcare technology site. You will patrol the facility, monitor access points, and respond to incidents while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, at least one year in security, and compliance with background checks and drug screening. The schedule runs daytime shifts across Mon–Sun, with a pay rate of $22.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a medical device and healthcare products location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate activity logs and incident reports, maintaining clear communication with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a leading healthcare technology location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents.
