Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, production areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain accurate logs of visitors, contractors, deliveries, and security-related activities.
• Report hazards, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and other unusual observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and contribute through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and care.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
