Job summary

Allied Universal in Troy, OH is seeking a part-time Security Officer Patrol Driver to provide visible security, greet clients, and support safety procedures in a range of locations. This driving role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work afternoon shifts on Wed/Thu/Fri.

You will patrol assigned areas, monitor access points, respond to incidents calmly, and contribute to a reliable security presence while delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive for shift requirements.
• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles, as applicable.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Must have a valid driver's license for 1+ years

Job Schedule:

• Wed 05:00 PM - 11:00 PM


• Thur 05:00 PM - 11:00 PM


• Fri 05:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.


• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.


• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including business areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.


• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns according to site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
