Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly, following site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular/random patrols of interiors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and shift reports and communicate with site leadership.

Pay Rate: $17.82 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Wed: 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Sat: 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility interiors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with facility procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and shift reports, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
