Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Chantilly, VA for a part-time role. You will patrol assigned areas, monitor access, and maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents.

The position offers a flexible schedule (DayTime Thur 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Fri 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Sat 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour. Prior customer service and badge experience are preferred.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Chantilly, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a logistics location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving post includes conducting routine patrols, supporting access control, communicating professionally with employees and visitors, and responding to security-related concerns. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
