Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Atlanta, GA. You will protect a commercial real estate site, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a visible security presence while conducting patrols and responding to incidents.

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, common areas, and assigned access points; verify visitor, vendor, and contractor authorization as directed by site-specific policies.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications, and promptly relay relevant information to property management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
