Allied Universal in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Driver to service a commercial real estate site and provide outstanding tenant and visitor support. You will conduct foot and vehicle patrols, monitor access points, and report observations to site leadership.

Qualifications

• Conduct regular and random foot and motorized patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms, following emergency procedures and contacting services when needed.
• Prepare daily activity reports and share shift information with leadership and contacts.

As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized persons or suspicious circumstances to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate observations, concerns, and shift information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
