• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of parking areas, vehicle storage areas, entrances, offices, loading zones, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitors, verify credentials, and report irregularities to site personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly, following site procedures and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• Prepare clear patrol and incident reports and communicate information during shift handoffs.

Pay Rate: $16.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Fri: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Sat: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Sun: 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers at an automotive business location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of parking areas, vehicle storage areas, entrances, offices, loading zones, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials and/or authorization as required by site procedures, and report irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information during shift handoffs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
