Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior spaces and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures, document observations.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate with site contacts and emergency personnel as needed.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $13.92 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site‑specific procedures, documenting observations and reporting incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and responding emergency personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
