Job summary

The White Earth Reservation Business Committee is seeking a qualified security professional to prevent theft, violence, or rule infractions and protect the organization’s property. The role involves monitoring access, patrolling facilities, and responding to emergencies across multiple sites.

Key duties include enforcing rules, maintaining order among staff and visitors, and coordinating with local police or fire services when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prefer some surveillance experience.
• Must maintain sobriety throughout employment.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurance preferred for travel between sites.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors and others to protect against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Circulate among visitors and staff to preserve order and protect property.
• Warn people of rule infractions or violations and apprehend or evict violators when necessary.
• Patrol industrial and commercial premises to prevent intrusion and secure doors, windows and gates.
• Call police or fire departments in emergencies.
• Perform other duties as required.
