Job summary

Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, Inc. is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to observe and report on the client site, manage access, patrol grounds, and protect people and property.

You will handle incidents per procedures, maintain logs, communicate clearly, and cooperate with client staff. Prior security or safety training and eligibility for necessary clearances are preferred. The role may require standing for long periods, shift work, and a strong customer-service ethic.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship preferred.
• Ability to obtain any required clearances.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Background checks, drug screening, and certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Controls access to the client site and screens visitors; assists entry when needed.
• Maintains courteous, professional interaction with all staff and visitors.
• Monitors entrances/exits; manages vehicle movement and parking; uses CCTV.
• Patrols the site on foot or by vehicle; inspects for hazards and violations.
• Prepares logs and reports; enters information using standard grammar.
• Observes and reports incidents to client representatives or authorities as required.
• Responds to fires, medical emergencies, or other incidents per site procedures.
• Ensures activities comply with client standards and company policies.
