Qualifications

• Has at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while enforcing site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Prepare daily activity reports and communicate incidents to site leadership.
