Qualifications

• Ability to cover facility and conduct security rounds, with short-notice responses.
• Must be able to lift packages or materials weighing up to 10 pounds.
• English communication skills in oral and written form.
• Willingness to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical security protection for structures, properties, and materials.
• Regulate and control personnel movement onto the facility and into buildings.
• Patrol the environment, investigate unusual events, and respond to alarms.
• Document events and submit reports as required.
• Perform receptionist duties using a computerized visitor control system.
• Escort scheduled and unscheduled personnel or visitors and manage badges.
• Assist with unloading/loading of supplies and relocation of items as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to security procedures.
