Qualifications

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner following escalation and reporting protocols.
• Support a professional workplace environment by communicating security observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Tablet Logs in Canton, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. What You'll Do:

• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, unsecured areas, and maintenance concerns.


• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor, incident, and patrol documentation.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.


• Support a professional workplace environment by communicating clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related observations and operational concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.


• Customer service experience preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
