Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.

• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills and other critical situations calmly and per site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access control activities, verify credentials, and document visitor activity.
• Prepare accurate reports and logs, and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule

• Mon 06:00 AM - 06:30 PM
• Tue 06:00 AM - 06:30 PM
• Wed 06:00 AM - 06:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, unauthorized access concerns, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access control activities, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports, maintain required logs, communicate observations to appropriate personnel, and support a professional environment for employees, visitors, and contractors.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
