Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Weekends in Neenah, WI to safeguard clients across manufacturing and industrial sites. You will provide customer service, perform routine patrols, monitor access, and report observations while upholding our people-first culture.

This weekend, part-time role pays $17.50 per hour. You must be 18+ (21+ for armed), have a high school diploma, and pass background and drug-screen checks as required by law.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior production areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and verify adherence to site entry and exit procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate site personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

What You\'ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:
