As a Security Officer - Warehouse in Detroit, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries, including Tech, Media, Telecom, and more.

As an Access Control Officer in a leading tech and media environment, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, help deter security incidents and unauthorized access. • Pay Rate: $18.47 / Hour
• Schedule: Mon - Wed, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Responsibilities

1. Provide customer service by executing security procedures and adhering to site policies, including emergency response when necessary.
2. Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations.
3. Conduct regular and random patrols, adapting to environmental conditions.
4. Monitor access points and verify credentials to prevent unauthorized entry.
5. Document and report unusual activities or incidents per protocols.
6. Collaborate with site personnel to address security concerns specific to the tech, media, and telecom environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to background check in accordance with laws.
• Consideration for qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with laws.
• Pass a drug screening as permitted by law.
• State/local licensing requirements, if applicable, prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
