Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution.
• Manage the front desk and visitor reception area; greet guests, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials, maintain logs.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security systems; report issues to leadership.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies following site procedures and contact emergency services as needed.
• Assist with administrative duties including phones, inquiries, and confidentiality of sensitive information.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and security-related policies.
• Manage the front desk and visitor reception area by greeting guests, verifying identification and appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the assigned station; report unusual activity, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting emergency services and/or site leadership as needed.
• Assist with administrative and communication duties, including answering phones, directing inquiries, coordinating with building personnel, and maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
