• Assist with receiving calls, documenting security-related activities, and communicating relevant information to appropriate personnel.
• Help deter unauthorized access and maintain a professional, welcoming presence at the front desk.

You will manage access, observe activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $22.60 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.


• Monitor front desk access, greet and direct visitors, verify authorization as required, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with location procedures.


• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.


• Assist with receiving calls, documenting security-related activities, and communicating relevant information to appropriate personnel.


• Help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a professional, welcoming presence at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
