Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access issues, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures and maintain an orderly environment.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents and patrol observations and communicate information to site contacts and leadership.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.93 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access‑related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report observations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for occupants and guests.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrol observations, and security‑related activities, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
