Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Visitor Access Coordination in Groveport, OH. You will protect employees and visitors, monitor entry points, and uphold safety procedures at a busy site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation or screening will be conducted.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor and vehicle activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate as needed.
• Complete clear reports, logs, and shift handoffs related to security activities.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Complete clear and accurate reports, logs, and shift handoffs related to security-related activities and observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
