As an unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a public transportation environment, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist passengers, visitors, and staff with professionalism. Pay Rate: $18.67 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri 02:0​0 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, offices, and surrounding perimeters to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout assigned locations, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to supervisors and local authorities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
