Qualifications

• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, subject to background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws.
• As a condition of employment, subject to a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization, report unauthorized access.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations and communicate to site leadership.

Pay Rate: $19.07 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and report unauthorized access or unusual conditions.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
