As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and support a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site procedures; report unusual activity and maintain required documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols and escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Support a professional environment by providing directions, assisting with access‑related questions, and communicating clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
