Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and communicate with site personnel and responders.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building interiors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures; assist with directions and maintain a professional presence.
• Document incidents and patrols accurately and complete required reports promptly.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri 03:45 AM - 12:00 PM
• Sat 03:45 AM - 12:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate site personnel and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with directions and maintaining a professional presence.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and complete required reports in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
