Qualifications

• X‑Ray screening experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, support access control, and assist with screening activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while working collaboratively with the team. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, delivery‑related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location and verify authorized personnel, visitors, drivers, and contractors according to site‑specific procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and irregular conditions, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• X‑Ray screening experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
