Job summary

Allied Universal in Garden City, TX is seeking a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer to provide customer service and protect client sites. You will monitor areas, deter incidents, and respond to site needs with professionalism.

This role offers a flexible schedule through our Claim a Shift platform and the chance to grow within a leading security company. Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old, a high school diploma, and passing background checks and drug screening as required

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, grounds, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete accurate reports, maintain activity logs, and promptly communicate observations and incidents to appropriate personnel.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to site needs. $23.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
