Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer (Unarmed Mall Patrol) in Long Beach, CA. You will patrol the mall, deliver customer service to shoppers and tenants, and respond to security-related concerns while maintaining a professional, welcoming presence.

The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to grow within a leading security company. A high school diploma and prior security experience are preferred, with background checks and drug screening as required.

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and document activities according to site procedures.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, theft-related activity, and disruptive behavior through a visible presence and professional interactions.

What You'll Do:
