Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer (Unarmed Driver Patrol) in Cudahy, WI. You will patrol manufacturing and industrial areas, deter incidents, and provide professional customer service. A valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving history is required, along with a high school diploma and a background check.

Position Type: Part Time. Pay Rate: $19.47 / Hour. Schedule includes DayTime and Night shifts.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check conducted as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, access points, parking areas, offices, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and maintain visitor and contractor records per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report observations to appropriate personnel.
• Support adherence to traffic, access control, and incident-reporting procedures with a professional presence.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, access points, parking areas, offices, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and promptly report concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Support adherence to facility traffic, access control, and incident-reporting procedures while maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
