• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including parking areas, entrances, waiting areas, and the building perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and document incidents according to site-specific requirements.
• Help maintain an orderly environment by providing directions, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and communicating concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
