Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and employees by following site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue access materials and maintain records.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner; escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, employee areas, shipping/receiving locations, and perimeter.
• Direct visitors, contractors, and deliveries to proper check-in areas and notify site contacts of arrivals.

You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor alarms, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. Using computer-based systems, you will support daily operations with professionalism, teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency or experience in the following areas:

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201) Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.
• Alarm Panel Experience (B202) Candidates must possess experience in operating and managing alarm panel systems. This includes knowledge of alarm activation, deactivation, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204) Candidates should be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes familiarity with software applications, email communication, and data entry.
• Customer Service Experience (B219) Candidates must have a background in customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue access materials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated entry points, employee areas, shipping and receiving locations, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized access.
• Support compliance with food production access requirements by directing visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel to appropriate check-in areas and notifying site contacts of arrivals.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
