Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol at a New York, NY site. This role offers reliable, flexible daytime shifts and a base anchor schedule, with the option to pick up additional shifts to earn more and gain hands-on experience in the industry.

Pay rate is $17.25 per hour. You will have a fixed shift commitment and the ability to earn more through our scheduling platform.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• 18+ years old (21+ for armed roles) with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Badge Services in NEW YORK, NY, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeFri12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain required daily activity documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
