Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Part Time Enhanced in Memphis, TN. This flexible role offers reliable hours at an assigned site with the option to earn more by picking up extra shifts, while you develop hands-on security experience.

Pay is $15.00 per hour. Schedule includes Day/Evening shifts: Sat 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM and Sun 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM. You will perform security procedures, respond to incidents, conduct patrols, and collaborate with clients to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen required by Allied Universal; licensing may be required.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

As a Security Officer Part Time Patrol Visibility in Memphis, TN, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat02:30 PM - 10:30 PMSun02:30 PM - 10:30 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
