• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials, document visitor activity, and report concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner following post orders.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols, incidents, and observations and communicate information to leadership and client representatives.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations promptly. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, team-focused culture built on agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, document visitor and contractor activity, and report access concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
