• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus guests by carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, residence areas, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and support campus policies related to authorized entry and property protection.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, professional manner.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents and patrol activities for Allied Universal and site leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus guests by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, residence areas, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and support campus policies related to authorized entry and property protection.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrol activities, and security-related concerns for Allied Universal and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
