As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.55 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Sun: 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail café location, surrounding areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe activity within the location, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal management and location representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
