You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and respond to situations with care and integrity. Pay Rate: $16.94 / Hour

• Fri: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, contractors, visitors, and/or delivery drivers while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a utility location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, perimeter areas, and critical infrastructure to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, maintain visitor and contractor records, and report unauthorized access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders when appropriate.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate observations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
