Allied Universal in Verona, MS is seeking a Part Time Security Officer Patrol to monitor and protect manufacturing and industrial locations. You will support access control, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service while using computer or tablet tools to document activities.

This role offers a part-time schedule with daytime and evening shifts. Minimum requirements include 18+ for unarmed roles and a high school diploma. Background checks and a drug screen are required by law.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. You will use computer or tablet tools to document activities and communicate professionally with employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior production areas, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and promptly report maintenance, access-control, and other security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
