As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will support a manufacturing and industrial location by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and communicating professionally with employees and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns, document observations, and provide exceptional customer service while contributing to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $25.97 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation; communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
